MIIS finds new home at Parklinks
Offering a cutting-edge campus and future-ready education for the next generation of Filipinos
The Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) has found its new home at Parklinks, the 35-hectare mixed-use estate in Pasig City developed through a collaboration between Ayala Land, Inc. and Eton Properties.
Leading the groundbreaking event on March 11, 2024 were prominent figures including Pasig City Administrator Atty. Jeronimo Manzanero, Rosario Pasig Barangay Captain Aquilino dela Cruz Sr., GFP Architects Managing Editor Arch. Annette Gaddi-Liganor, MIIS Founding Directress Dr. Mary Joy Canon Abaquin, MIIS Chairman of the Board Raymond Abaquin, Eton Properties CEO Kyle Tan, and Ayala Land Inc. SVP Christopher Maglanoc.

Previously located in Quezon City, MIIS is laying the groundwork for a cutting-edge campus and future-ready education for the next generation of Filipinos with its new strategic address.
With an anticipated launch for academic year 2025 to 2026, the institution aims to double its current student population, accommodating around 1,200 to 1,400 students with its four-story building. Accredited by the Council of International Schools, MIIS will offer international-standard education from preschool to senior high school.
"We are very eager to be part of the Parklinks community and even more excited to help build a community aligned with a vision for a sustainable future master planned by two of the giants in the Philippines, Eton Properties and Ayala Land," remarked Dr. Abaquin. This groundbreaking collaboration marked the first joint effort between the two real estate giants in the country within the educational sector.

The collaboration signifies a milestone in progressive education in the Philippines. MIIS will soon operate at Parklinks—hailed as the metro’s greenest urban estate—aiming to serve as a laboratory for leadership and sustainable development.
