Two firefighters were hurt while battling a blaze that struck a warehouse in San Bartolome Novaliches, Quezon City on Monday, March 18.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), firefighters Joseph Magalso,54, and Kevin Asuelo, 31, sustained lacerations on the right cheek and right hand, respectively.
The fire was raised to first alarm at around 3:14 p.m. and to second alarm at 3:33 p.m.
The fire escalated to the third alarm by 3:41 p.m. and reached the fourth alarm at 4:03 p.m.
It was extinguished at 5:28 p.m.
As of this writing, authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
