This came after a TikTok video of actresses Bea Alonzo and Julia Barretto laughing together circulated on social media on Sunday, March 17.

The video was reportedly taken during a tribute celebration for star builder and director Johnny Manahan, also known as Mr. M in the entertainment industry, on Saturday.

Julia is the current girlfriend of actor Gerald Anderson.

Before Julia, Bea and Gerald were in a relationship. After six years of being together, they split in 2019.

 

 

During a previous interview, Bea said Gerald just stopped talking to her. Netizens suspected that Gerald cheated on Bea.

In another interview on "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" in 2023, Bea said she's not ready to be friends with Gerald again.

"I cannot be friends with somebody I cannot trust and who doesn't take responsibility for his actions. So siguro hindi," answered Bea.

Gerald had said in the past that his relationship with Bea was unhealthy, causing both of them constant pain, which is why he felt it was better that he and Bea separated.
