'Wonderful World' EP 5 gets 9.9% rating nationwide, surpasses 'Flex X Cop'

Episode 5 of “Wonderful World” starring Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo rose sharply in the ratings and surpassed Ahn Bo-hyun and Park Ji-hyun’s “Flex X Cop.”
“Wonderful World” is a Korean human mystery drama about a professor who exacts revenge when her son is killed.







"Wonderful World" (MBC)
Based on data from Nielsen Korea, episode 5 of “Wonderful World” on March 15 on channel MBC got a nationwide rating of 9.9 percent in South Korea, its highest to date, rising to second place among terrestrial shows behind the Monday-Friday drama “Unpredictable Family,” which posted 11.7 percent. It was watched by 1.61 million people.
The episode 5 rating for “Wonderful World” is 3.5 percentage points higher than the 6.4 percent nationwide rating the drama got for episode 4 on March 9.
It surpassed “Flex X Cop,” which garnered 8.3 percent (fourth place) for episode 13 on March 15, down from 10.1 percent it received for episode 12 on March 9.
Meanwhile, “Wonderful World” bagged first place and posted a double-digit rating for the first time in South Korea’s metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon).
“Wonderful World” got a rating of 10.2 percent in the metropolitan area, up by 4 percentage points from 6.2 percent for episode 4 on March 9. It was watched by 1.11 million people.
It surpassed “Unpredictable Family,” which slid to second place with 9.7 percent in the metropolitan area. “Flex X Cop” placed fourth with 8.1 percent.
Today, March 16, Cha Eun-woo will hold his "2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator]" in Manila at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, presented by Pulp Live World.
“Wonderful World” is available on Disney+ outside South Korea including the Philippines.
