SHDA hosts Real Estate Developers Cup 2024, offers condo unit grand prize

The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) Inc. is pleased to announce the highly anticipated second edition of the Real Estate Developers Cup. 

Scheduled to take place on March 19, 2024, at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club in Mandaluyong City, this event promises to be a highlight of the real estate industry's calendar.

Continuing on the success of last year's tournament, the 2024 Real Estate Developers Cup is set to bring together industry leaders, professionals, and enthusiasts for a day of friendly competition and networking. With around 100 participants expected to join, it will provide a unique platform for showcasing the latest trends and developments in the real estate sector.

"We are excited to continue hosting the Real Estate Developers Cup," said Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr., SHDA chairman. "This event is not just about golf; it serves as a cornerstone for building a stronger sense of community and fostering collaboration within the real estate industry."

The registration fee for players is P9,500, inclusive of green fee, golf cart sharing, breakfast, lunch and awarding, one grand raffle entry, and giveaways. Others who wish to be at the event may also opt to pay P4,500, which covers the awarding and lunch, as well as one grand raffle entry.

In addition to the excitement of the tournament, participants will have the chance to win exciting prizes, including a condominium unit at the Mille Residences Condominium in Bayanan, Muntinlupa City, for a hole-in-one on a designated hole at the west course.
