Las Piñas LGU aims partnership with real estate firm for community development

The Las Piñas Council conducted a special committee hearing with Mervic Realty Inc. and the Renaissance Village Homeowners Association to enhance local housing and community standards.
The joint hearing convened by the Committees on Housing and Land Use and Laws, Rules and Privileges, which was presided by Vice- Mayor April Aguilar, discussed important details of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Mervic Realty Inc. and the homeowners association.

Aguilar said the MOA also aims to improve the quality of living of residents at Renaissance Village.
She said the hearing addressed various aspects of the proposed agreement, including land use planning and infrastructural concerns and the commitment between the local government and the real estate corporation to transparency, sustainability, and community welfare.
