600 Malabueños receive cash aid through AICD program

Around 600 Malabueños received P2,000 cash assistance each on Thursday, March 14.

Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and Senator Francis Tolentino led the distribution of the cash aid under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.

According to Sandoval, the distribution of the aid shows the city government's concern for the community.

Tolentino praised the Malabon city government for the awards it received, including the certificate of commendation from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, for its excellent urban housing initiatives.

Wheelchairs were also given to six residents with orthopedic disabilities.

Free legal consultations and notary services were also offered during the event.
