Marcos said this as he concluded his State Visit to the Czech Republic on March 15.

In an interview, President Marcos welcomed the results of the survey, saying it might be a sign that the people are starting to feel the positive changes brought about by his administration's programs.

"I’ve been talking about this since the changes that we wanted, that we have been making have been very structural and such structural changes take time to trickle down," Marcos told reporters in here Prague.

"For people to feel the actual effects of what we are doing, I’m just happy that we are beginning to get to that point where people are seeing the wisdom of some of the measures that we’ve undertaken, the policy changes that we’ve made, the legislations that we have requested from the Congress," he added.

However, President Marcos said survey results, whether good or bad, do not affect how his government makes policies.

"It’s always good news. But, you know, we do not conduct policy according to surveys," he said.

"We will keep going and work even harder than we have been before," he added.

Based on the latest SWS survey, conducted from Dec. 8 to 11, 2023, showed that Marcos maintained his "good" net satisfaction rating with 65 percent of adult Filipinos saying they are satisfied with his performance.

The resulting rating is at a “good" +47, up by 3 points from the +44 rating Marcos received in September 2023.
