The pop ballad exhibits a tranquil and comforting charm that captivates listeners. His clear and delicate vocals blend in harmoniously against the backdrop of elegant string instruments and vintage piano sounds. Lyrics of the track serve as a heartfelt letter to his fans, Hwangdo, assuring that their farewell will be brief and he will soon return as a better version of himself.

"Through every note and word of the song, I tried to convey warm and comforting energy for Hwangdo. I want the fans to believe that all moments of darkness will eventually pass, just as spring follows winter and dawn breaks after the night," said Hwang Min-hyun about his single.

Hwang Min-hyun will be enlisting in the Korean military on Thursday, March 21. He will be serving as a social worker or social work personnel for 21 months and will be discharged on Dec. 20, 2025.

According to Korea’s Military Service Act, social work personnel are “persons called up to serve in the field of public interest to support social service duties, administrative duties, etc. related to social welfare, hygiene, medical service, education, culture, environment, safety, etc., which are necessary for the following agencies, etc. serving public interest: (a) State agencies; (b) Local governments; © Public organizations; (d) Social welfare facilities.”

This year marks Hwang Min-hyun’s 12th year as an artist since debuting in 2012 as a member of boy band NU’EST.
