Viktor Tutov, 38, was caught inside along with Castor Bangco, 36, and Jen Panis, 33, when the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol Provincial Office raided the drug den in Purok 6, Barangay Basdio.
Leia Alcantara, spokesperson of the PDEA-Central Visayas, said Bangco was the drug den maintainer.
Alcantara said the foreigner was reportedly frequenting the drug den as he and Bangco are friends. Tutov has been staying in Bohol for the past seven months.
She added that packs of suspected shabu worth P240,000 were seized during the raid. It took them a three-week case build-up before the drug den was successfully dismantled, Alcantara said.
