ABS-CBN's Sky resumes marketing of broadband services

After its acquisition from ABS-CBN Corporation by PLDT Inc. was scrapped, Sky Cable Corporation has renewed its drive to woo more subscribers with the launch of internet plans aimed at local small businesses.

SKYBIZ, the business solutions arm of SKY, has launched its boosted BIZBB broadband plan, BIZBB 2.0, dedicated to helping manage day-to-day work productivity and seamless communication with its high-speed 200Mbps internet plan priced at P1,699 a month.

In a statement, SKYBIZ business unit head Kenneth Orlanes said their new BIZBB 2.0 internet plans are suitable for aspiring business owners who want to start their own online/home venture without breaking the bank.

"With the new BIZBB 2.0 plans, its affordable rates can help new business owners initiate their dream venture even in the comfort of their home on a budget without compromising our brand of broadband service quality," Orlanes said.

Business owners and SMEs may opt to maximize BIZBB 2.0's internet speeds of up to 500 Mbps, which are suitable for handling heavier online tasks, improved work collaboration, contacting personnel and clientele, and in-work entertainment on the side.

Alongside its high-speed connectivity for all kinds of online business activities, each BIZBB 2.0 plan comes with 24/7 technical support for other service inquiries.
