Global girl group UNIS to hold fan signing events in Manila, Cebu

The upcoming Korea-based global girl group UNIS will be visiting the Philippines in May for fan signing events.

UNIS will be debuting in South Korea on March 27 with the mini-album “We UNIS.” Three Filipinos are part of UNIS: Elisia Parmisano and Gehlee Dangca, and Filipino-Korean Jin Hyeon-ju, who is known as Belle in the K-pop girl group Cignature.

The other members of UNIS are Korean members Bang Yunha, Oh Yoona and Lim Seowon, and Japanese members Nana and Kotoko.

Promoter CDM Entertainment announced on March 12 that UNIS will be visiting the Philippines in May.

“The universe has finally aligned for U & I. Filipino fans, this is your chance to meet the new gen of K-POP!” it said.

It added, “Catch UNIS live at ‘U&iS Fansign Philippine Tour’ happening this May 4, 5, & 6 in CEBU and MANILA.”

The fan signing event in Cebu will be held on May 4 followed by Manila on May 5 and 6.

UNIS members were chosen through “Universe Ticket,” a global girl group audition show last January.
