'Sex for Lazy People' is PBBM's gift for Sandro's 30th birthday

This was how President Marcos described the book he gifted his son, Ilocos Norte First District Sandro Marcos, for his 30th birthday, saying "Sex for Lazy People" will help him since the younger Marcos is practically a "senior."

In his latest vlog, Marcos excitedly showed the book in front of the camera, saying it was already on its way to his son.

"I have my own present for you because since you're practically a senior citizen, I found you this guide," he laughingly said.

"It's in the mail, read it well. It will help you," he added.

The book "Sex for Lazy People" is written by Ginny Hogan, a writer and stand-up comic based in New York City. It is described as a humorous go-to guide for making "all sex positions as easy and effortless as possible so you can get more bang for your f*ck."

It features 50 positions and hilarious and helpful tips and tricks for staying lazy while having sex.

Meanwhile, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos gifted the younger Marcos a book titled "Be More Taylor," a book about life lessons and pieces of advice on love, friendship, overcoming fears, being yourself, and finding creative inspiration.

Sandro celebrated his birthday on March 7.
