Construction worker yields half a million worth of shabu in Binangonan
A 31-year-old construction worker and his cohort were arrested by members of the Binangonan Municipal Drug Enforcement Team (MDET) in possession of more than half a million peso-worth of shabu in a drug buy-bust operation on Monday, March 11.

The Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) identified the suspects as "Arjay," a resident of Binangonan, Rizal, and "Nano," a resident of Morong, Rizal. Arjay was tagged as a high value individual (HVI) by the police.
Arjay and Nano were nabbed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 4A (PDEA 4A) at COD Compound in Barangay Tayuman, Binangonan, Rizal.
Recovered from them were eight packets of shabu worth P562,088, a motorcycle, and the buy-bust money.
The suspects, as well as the recovered pieces of evidence, were brought to the Rizal Provincial Forensic Unit for examination. The suspects were later brought to the Binangonan Custodial Facility where they are now detained.
Arjay and Nano are facing charges for violation of R.A 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
