Light amihan rains to persist in Luzon

In its 4 a.m. live forecast, PAGASA weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the Visayas and Mindanao may experience isolated but sudden heavy rains and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean.
