Bolick plays down high-scoring night

Despite anchoring the offense for the Road Warriors and erasing his previous mark of 42 points last season, Bolick knew his teammates played a key role in providing support whenever the team needed one.

“Lahat ng pinasok ni coach nagstep-up kaya talagang masaya ako syempre pero iniisip talaga namin is ‘yong manalo talaga eh, masaya kaming nanalo [ngayon],” Bolick said.

“Individual lang ‘yon, masaya ako sa mga teammates ko na nandyan sila ready to play; lahat talagang ready, sana magtuloy-tuloy,” Bolick added.

Bolick has been posting huge numbers for NLEX, averaging 32.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game in their last four games.

The Road Warriors currently sport a 3-1 card and will have a three-day rest before facing a huge challenge when they meet the surging Blackwater,on Wednesday, March 13, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.
