NU-Manila grad tops February 2024 sanitary engineers licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, Feb. 29 announced that a National University-Manila (NU-Manila) graduate topped the February 2024 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination (SELE).

Angelie Jade Jo Alonzo of NU-Manila took first place with an average of 84.88 percent on her SELE exam.
Pierre James Dumlao Miranda of Mapua University-Manila (83.76 percent) and Renz Edward Raga Maneclang of Technological Institute of the Philippines-Quezon City (83.42 percent) came in second and third place, respectively.

The February 2024 SELE was conducted in Metro Manila and Rosales, Pangasinan from Feb. 27 to 29.
Based on the exam results, 216, or 72 percent, of the 300 examinees passed the board exam.

The examination was facilitated by the Board of Sanitary Engineering headed by chairman Corazon Delos Reyes-Romero and members Anthony Jerome M. Lara and Graciano B. Calayan Jr.
PRC reminded SELE passers that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will start on April 4.

Oathtaking
Successful examinees interested in participating in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register no later than noon on the day preceding the scheduled oath-taking date. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
For those unable to attend the mass oath-taking, the option to join the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking is available. The schedule will be posted on the official website once confirmed.
To schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph, choose "e-OATH" as the transaction.
Online registration will close five calendar days before the online oath-taking day.
Furthermore, inductees must print the "Oath of Professional" form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, inductees should proceed with the Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
