A female food delivery rider died after being hit and run over by a firetruck in Santa Ana, Manila on Thursday, February 29.
The Manila Police District (MPD) identified the victim as Kathlyn dela Cruz, 34, a resident of Paco, Manila.
Based on closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, a jeepney pulled to the side of the road along Carreon Street in Santa Ana to drop passengers off.
