Straits Interactive has launched a suite of tools to power organizations with generative AI called Capabara to support business objectives.
Capabara has three components for organizations to control GenAI for enterprise. These are Capabara: AI Assistant, Knowledge System, and Capability Management.
AI Assistant, is self-explanatory. It is an assistant that helps users through their tasks with a library developed for in-house applications. This would also allow organizations to customize workflow to increase productivity and efficiency.
The Capabara Knowledge System is built on the technology stack of Microsoft Asure, which has quite recently, been betting big on AI. This solution provides resources for organizations to govern personal data and align themselves with data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Protection Act (DPA), while being assisted by consultants from Straits Interactive.
Finally, the Capability Management allows AI recommendations to be turned into real-world, executable tasks that can be documented, implemented, and reviewed. It’s a tool designed to help organizations in their performance.
During a demo event held last month, one of the organizations that use Capabara is Follosco Morallos & Herce law firm. Atty. Rachel Follosco was present at the event and said that AI has significantly improved their workflow, as research on topics and laws can be done in minutes, allowing lawyers to focus on more crucial tasks.
