Village dad killed after motorcycle rams coconut tree

BACOLOD CITY â€“ A 50-year-old barangay official was killed after his motorcycle rammed a coconut tree on Circumferential Road in Barangay Taculing here on Friday, February 9.

Police identified the victim as Edgar Cepeda, kagawad or councilor from Barangay 41 here.

Cepeda sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.

Police believe that the victim was speeding when the accident happened.
