Choco Mucho excited for upcoming PVL conference, joins Creamline as Allianz ambassadors

  • Choco Mucho recently joined Creamline as new ambassadors of the Allianz PNB Life Insurance Inc., a partnership that shares mutual efforts of uplifting Philippine sports.

Creamline and Choco Mucho anticipate another challenging conference when the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino hostilities fire off on Feb. 20 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Alyssa Valdez, skipper of the defending champion Cool Smashers, welcomed the new developments in the league that include player movements and the inclusion of two new teams.

“This is the challenge that I really like. Ito yung magbibigay satin ng excitement hindi lang sa mga players, but also to fans,” said Valdez.

“Hopefully this will result in more fans and more support not only to the league, but to the whole volleyball community,” she added.

Creamline is welcoming two additions to the squad in middle blocker Bea De Leon and libero Denden Revilla -- a development that is something new to the crew known for its intact lineup.

Choco Mucho team captain Maddie Madayag echoed Valdez’s sentiments and added that the movements of players to other teams and the presence of two new squads in Strong Group Athletics and Capital1 are important.

“I think these are beneficial to the league, to make the league and the teams stronger and more competitive,” said Madayag.

Choco Mucho recently joined Creamline as new ambassadors of the Allianz PNB Life Insurance Inc., a partnership that shares mutual efforts of uplifting Philippine sports.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Choco Mucho Flying Titans to the Allianz Family while also renewing our partnership with Creamline,” said Allianz PNB Life President and CEO Joe Gross in a press briefing Thursday night, Feb. 8.

“Sports has been a medium to bring people together and celebrate unity and the human spirit. With Allianz, it has always been more than sports itself -- it’s about having ‘every Juan’ in on conversations that matter: a better world through sports, raising awareness on health and wellbeing, and importance of protection and health,” he added.

The partnership is not just about providing monetary sponsorship but also about ensuring the financial security of the athletes and coaches through personal accident insurance plans.

It also aims to contribute to nation building by supporting athletes.

“We are excited to see our sister team join the Allianz family,” said Valdez, whose Creamline partnership with the said life insurance company has been renewed.

“We thank Allianz for welcoming us,” Madayag added.
