K-pop group 2NE1 members reunite; fans ask for a comeback

The four members of the former K-pop group 2NE1 reunited, raising fansโ€™ curiosity if there is a comeback on the horizon.ย 

On Feb. 8, 2NE1โ€™s CL posted the same photo on her Instagram account and Instagram Stories showing her with fellow members Sandara Park (or Dara), Minzy and Park Bom.ย

With the caption โ€œ4Lโ™ฅ,โ€ the photo showed the four 2NE1 members in an elevator, the first time in quite a long time that they got reunited.ย 

On Instagram Stories, CL posted the same photo with 2NE1โ€™s โ€œBaby I Miss Youโ€ as the background music.ย 

Later, Dara posted the same photo along with another showing her and Minzy on her X (formerly Twitter) account.ย 

โ€œSo much chatting. I am happy,โ€ Dara captioned the two photos.ย 

Fans expressed their happiness seeing the four K-pop stars together while others asked for them to make a comeback to the music scene.ย 

2NE1, which debuted in 2009, disbanded in November 2016 with their last song โ€œGoodbyeโ€ released in January 2017.ย 

The four reunited for a performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California on April 16, 2022.ย
