State-controlled Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank), the country’s biggest government bank, won five awards for communications excellence during the 2024 Philippine Quill Awards, it said in a statement on Thursday, Feb. 8.
Landbank president and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz said the recognition is testament to its “unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and meaningful customer engagement” in promoting “our advocacies of financial inclusion and sustainability.”
The bank bagged the Quill awards last Jan. 23, 2024 for both the Communication Management and Communication Skills categories.

In the statement, Landbank said its LANDBANK Serving the Nation Campaign was awarded top honors in the Marketing, Advertising and Brand Communication category while the LANDBANK Serving the Nation Institutional Video was recognized under the Audio and Visual category.
The bank’s Hybrid Flag Ceremony was also recognized for its innovative response; its #MyTEStimony campaign received a recognition under the Social Media Category; and its LANDBANK Information Security Campaign likewise received an award.
The Philippine Quill Awards is organized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines.
