No water in some parts of Rizal on Feb. 8 to 9

Parts of Taytay and Angono in Rizal province will be waterless for up to six hours beginning Feb. 8, Thursday.

In its advisory posted on its social media pages, Manila Water announced that there will be water service interruption from 10 p.m. on Feb. 8 until 4 a.m. on Feb. 9, Friday, in some parts of Barangay Munoz (Gonzaga Compound, El Presidio Compound, S. Dela Cuesta St., Monteverde Royale, National Road, P. Aguinaldo St., and Garcia Compound) in Taytay, Rizal.

Also in Barangay Munoz, parts of Purok 17; Sitio Gulod; Sitio Sabutan: Javier Compound; San Francisco Village; Santos Compound; Homepoint Village; and Mercedes Homes) will have no water until 4 a.m. on Feb. 9 due to Manila Water’s line meter and strainer declogging works.

In Angono, portions of Aurora Subdivision in Barangay San Isidro and Barangay Kalayaan will experience water service disruption for six hours from 10 p.m. on Feb. 8 until 4 a.m. on Feb. 9 following Manila Water’s scheduled interconnection activities in the subdivision.
