Police nab 3 wanted person in Rizal

A construction worker and two women listed as most wanted persons (MWPs) were arrested in Taytay and Binangonan, Rizal, on Tuesday, Feb. 6.

Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the construction worker as "Enrique," tagged as a MWP at regional level, a resident of Barangay Batingan in Binangonan.

He was arrested in Binangonan, Rizal, for violation of Republic Act 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The two female suspects were identified as "Glynda," 28, a resident of Barangay San Juan in Taytay, and "Janeth," 50, of Barangay Bilibiran, Binangonan.

Glynda, tagged as MWP in the province, was nabbed by virtue of an arrest warrant for a violation of Republic Act 9165 with a recommended bail P220,000.

Janeth, ranked sixth MWP at regional level, was also apprehended on the strength of an arrest warrant for kidnapping with homicide without bail.

All the arrested suspects are now detained at Taytay and Binangonan Municipal Police Station custodial facilities.
