Cathay Manila bags Airport Excellence Award for Best Airport Performance in Southeast Asia

Cathay Manila received the Airport Excellence Award for Best Airport Performance in Southeast Asia.

This award was given to Manila due to the its Excellence in Port Performance â€” meeting and even exceeding their overall NSS (Net Satisfaction Score) target including lounge NSS and continuously improving on their station performance parameters month-on-month; being the Top Asia Miles Sign-up port by topping the Asia miles recruitment sign-up in entire of SEA region; Customer Engagement Excellence, by maintaining and excellent record of consistent customer engagement fostering positive interaction and relationships with passengers, which contributed to overall customer satisfaction; and Resilience and Operational Excellence by showing resilience during the Jan 1 and May 1 disruptions due to power outage that disrupted the entire terminal. The team navigated the disruptions with their expertise, resilience, and can-do spirit.

The award was given during the Southeast Asia Kick-Off Conference from Jan 29-31, 2023 at Intercontinental Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon, Vietnam 2.
