Caloocan to hold grand trade bazaar on Feb. 8-27

The Caloocan City government announced on Monday, Feb. 5, that it will open the "JUANap-buhay" Grand Trade Bazaar as part of the 62nd founding anniversary of the city from Feb. 8 to 27.

The bazaar will be held at the Commercial Complex, Caloocan City Hall-South.

The city government has prepared programs, activities, and services for the city residents.

On Feb. 8 and 9, a pet and owner fashion look-alike contest and pet’s bazaar will take place, followed by the livelihood beneficiaries' products exhibit on Feb. 10-12.

Meanwhile, on Feb. 13 and 14, the city will host the "Single’s Night," a speed dating event for singles.

The "Valentine Experience Along C-Cube" includes the "kasalang bayan" for aspiring couples and the "couple’s night" (al fresco fine dining).

The LGU will also offer free medical services, and hold "Tulong sa Kooperatiba ng Caloocan," "Home Grown Caloocan City Products Exhibit", "Banking and Finance Mini Trade Fair", and "Plantitos and Plantitas Day: Urban Gardening in Caloocan".

Residents can also participate in "Hugot Night," where they can write a "hugot" line on the "hugot wall"; and a ballroom dancing for senior citizens.

Also, a TikTok booth has been set up.

An awarding ceremony will be held on Feb. 27.

The LGU encourages city residents to participate and avail all the programs and services prepared for them.
