20 wanted persons fall in Cordillera

LA TRINIDAD Benguet – The Police Regional Office-Cordillera nabbed 20 wanted individuals in the Cordillera region from January 28 to February 3.

The Baguio City Police Office arrested eight, followed by the Benguet Police Provincial Office with five, Kalinga PPO with three, and Abra, Apayao, Ifugao, and Mountain Province PPO with one arrest each.

Two were listed as most wanted on the provincial level and station level.

Fifty-eight municipalities and three police stations in Baguio City recorded zero crime incidents during the week.

It was peaceful in 23 out of 27 municipalities in Abra, eight out of 13 in Benguet, four out of seven in Kalinga, nine out of 11 in Ifugao, nine out of 10 in Mountain Province, and five out of seven in Apayao.

In Baguio City, out of the 10 police stations, Naguilian, Aurora Hill, and Irisan logged no crimes.
