Man of the Philippines-UAE, the most prestigious male pageant in the United Arab Emirates, was recently held at Bristol Hotel, Dubai, and proclaimed its deserving winners. The top title went to John Eriq Bonifacio, who earned the right to be the UAE representative to the Man of the Philippines competition in Manila in March 2024.
"This is the best birthday gift I received. I've been through many challenges in life, but God hasn't left me. I thank Him so much," the grand winner said.
The fourth edition of Man of the Philippines - UAE seeks to promote advocacy, nationalism, and integrity among its male candidates and empower them to become men with a mission. Star Realms organized it with Celebrity District and Al Nauras Al Fidy Events Company; celebrity producer and architect Ryan Banks directed the pageant along with his core team. The whole group was congratulated for enacting a male pageant experience with glitz, glamor, and impeccable touches of Filipino culture.
A prestigious panel of judges evaluated the candidates' performance. They included celebrity shoe designer Jojo Bragais, Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados, Middle East Regional Head of Philippine Airlines Josh Vasquez, Viva artist Gab Lagman, Martin Al Masri of House of Victor, and renowned fashion/theater director Kevin Oliver.

Apart from John Eriq Bonifacio, here are the other top winners: Prince Maristela, 1st Runner-up (Man of Advocacy) ; Ahmed Romero, 2nd Runner-up (Man of Integrity); Thirdy Ramos, 3rd Runner-up (Man of Nationalism).
Winners of the major awards were: Man of Talent -Kristian Allen Gobrin; Best in Advocacy - Thirdy Ramos; Man of The Press - Ahmed Romero; Man of Social Media - Prince Maristela; Man of Production Wear - John Eriq Bonifacio; Man of Swimwear -John Eriq Bonifacio; Man of Formal Wear - John Eriq Bonifacio.
Here are the winners of the minor awards who were proclaimed Ambassadors of the sponsor brands: John Eriq Bonifacio (Philippine Airlines), Carl Jazper (La Belle Amor), Nino Carl Gueta (The Doctor's Hub); John Eriq Bonifacio ( Calivo Couture), Prince Maristela (Miss Fab Jewellery), Ahmed Romero (Celebrity District), Macario Porquiado, John Eriq Bonifacio, Prince Maristela (Kihon Ambassadors); Ravegne Compasivo and Rashed Descalzo (Cortez Shipping); John Eriq Bonifacio and Nino Carl Gueta (Betty Arabia Ambassadors). Bonifacio was also named the UAE Kabayan Souq Ambassador.
Apart from the winners already mentioned, the rest of the 18 candidates are James Mariano, John Kenan Paul Palanca, Dranreb Trumata, Macario Porquiado, Mark Lester Balahadia, Al Mario Lara, Carl Jazper Panaligan, Dean Markley Padilla Laban, Nino Carl Gueta and Gemar Maza.
