Fair weather with isolated rain showers to prevail across PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, Feb. 4 said there will only be isolated rain showers that may persist over parts of the country due to the easterlies and the northeast monsoon.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA said Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains because of the northeast monsoon, locally known as “amihan.”
The amihan may also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region.
PAGASA also said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies, or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, and localized thunderstorms.
