"Therefore, with immense pride, honor, and excitement, we announce Ms. Phoebe Arrianna Veloso Torita as the new Miss Universe Philippines - Kananga 2024," the MUPh announced on its social media on Feb. 28.  Phoebe described herself a farm girl.
