CALASIAO, Pangasinan – Police arrested a suspected motornapper here on Saturday, February 24, who had used a fork as an improvised key to steal a motorcycle.

Victim Johnny, 28, of Santa Barbara, Pangasinan parked his motorcycle in Barangay Poblacion and went inside the public market. When he returned, his service motorcycle was missing.
He immediately proceeded to the police station and asked for help. Police accompanied the victim and they spotted the motorcycle in Barangay San Miguel here.
The motorcycle was recovered from Joey, 33, resident of Barangay Lasip here. Clothes and the fork used as an improvised key were found in his possession.
Joey faces a case for violating Republic Act 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Law). He is in the custody of the police here.
Pangasinan police chief Police Col. Jeff Fanged cited the local police for a job well done.
