16-year-old collared for 4 counts of statutory rape in Cavite

CAVITE â€“ Authorities collared a 16-year-old male for statutory rape in General Trias City on Sunday, Feb. 25.

General Trias City Police Station (CPS) operatives apprehended the child-in-conflict with the law (CICL) by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Family Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 5 in Trece Martires City for four counts of statutory rape.

No bail was recommended by the court.

The CICL was taken into custody and was turned over to the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
