The Pasay City government conducted mandatory random drug testing for all employees to ensure a drug-free working environment at different offices in Pasay City Hall.
Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the mandatory random drug testing conducted by the Human Resource Management and Development Office started on Jan. 23.
Rubiano said she submitted herself to drug testing to set an example to all employees at the Pasay City Hall.
She also encouraged all employees to submit themselves to drug testing for the city government to achieve its goal of a “drug-free” working environment at the City Hall.
