New Antique top cop named

ILOILO CITY – Police Col. Lea Peña is the new Antique Police Provincial Office chief.

Peña replaced Police Col. Rogelio Abran Jr.

Police Regional Office-6 Director Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky presided over the change of command ceremony in Camp Delgado, PRO-6 headquarters, in Iloilo City here on Thursday, February 22.

“My message to everyone is to just do your best in your respective tasks no matter how big or small it is,” Wanky said.

“Work with integrity and develop a culture of excellence. We are here to play our roles in the organization and the success of one is interconnected to the success of others. This is why I also encourage everyone to have a high sense of responsibility. And finally, let us all yield for a peaceful and safer Western Visayas.”

Peña was assigned to the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division-6 before she was appointed to Antique.
