Netizens chastise Mariel Padilla over 'drip anywhere' post

Several netizens were quite unhappy seeing a photo of Mariel Padilla having a gluta drip session right inside the office of her husband Robin Padilla at the Senate.

Some of them were too disconcerted they took to social media to castigate the actress-TV host for what they deemed was a "shameless" act.

Some of the comments:

“Outrageous!”

“Hindi cute!”

“Di na nag-iisip, makapag-promote lang...”

“No decency!”

“Is this the type of imagery you want to convey to the Filipino public?”

“Allowed po ba ito? Senate official seal used to endorse a product?”

“So feeling talaga nila pag aari nila ang mga opisina na mula sa buwis ng taumbayan.”

One would think that someone who hates Mariel or Robin was responsible for the posting but, no.

It was Mariel herself who did so.

And she was quite proud of it too.

She wrote as caption: “Drip anywhere is our motto! Hehehe I had an appointment with @dripinluxeph but I was going to be late so I had it done in my husband’s office. Hehe I never miss a drip because it really helps in so many ways. A collagen production, whitening, energy, metabolism, immunity and 50000 much more! So convenient and really effective, magaling talaga.”

She was quick to delete the post following the backlash.

Robin remains silent.
