Lass stabbed 60 times by ex-BF in Laguna

LOS BAÑOS, Laguna – An 18-year-old woman is in serious condition after she was stabbed 60 times by her 16-year-old ex-boyfriend in Barangay Maahas here on Tuesday night, Feb. 22.

The victim, a senior high school student, is under observation at the Laguna Provincial Hospital in the provincial capital Santa Cruz.

Police Major Jollymar Seloterio, chief of police here, said the victim and the suspect, De Leon, a high school student and a resident of Barangay San Antonio, this city, had a heated argument.

The suspect took a knife and stabbed the victim 60 times.

She managed to run away from the suspect and seek help and taken to the hospital.

Suspect escaped and faces a frustrated homicide case.
