CEBU CITY – The provincial government of Bohol led by Gov. Aris Aumentado commended the Dauis Municipal Police Station headed by Police Lt. Thomas Zen Cheung for capturing 2.15 kilos of shabu worth P14.6 million in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mayacabac, Dauis on Sunday, February 18.

Aumentado turned over a check for P50,000 to Cheung as reward for the successful anti-illegal drug operation where suspected drug pusher Guardson Binarao was arrested.
The governor assured Cheung that the provincial government will support the programs of the Dauis police.
“Our goal is to intensify our campaign to eradicate the illegal drug activities in the province. We would like to congratulate Lt. Cheung and the entire force of the Dauis Police Station,” Aumentado said.
The local police was assisted in the operation by the intelligence unit of the Bohol Police Provincial Office.
