Sandro 'honored' to receive RPMD award, says he will be 'relentless' in his work

Senior Deputy Majority Leader Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos is equal parts "honored" and "inspired" after receiving his very own award from the RP-Mission and Development Foundation, Inc. (RPMD).

The RPMD award was intended for the outstanding public servants of 2023.

"As a proud representative of the First District of Ilocos Norte, I am deeply honored to receive the RPMD Award, recognizing my efforts in serving my constituents," Rep. Marcos wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday, Feb. 21.

"I am deeply appreciative of the trust and confidence that my kakailian have put in me, however there is still much work to be done.

"Rest assured that we will be relentless in working for a more developed and inclusive Ilocos Norte!" added the presidential son.

RPMD is the entity that carries out the "Boses ng Bayan" survey, which periodically ranks elected officials based on their performance score.
