Rizal's most wanted arrested by the police

A 27-year-old man wanted for carnapping was nabbed by members of the Taytay Municipal Police and Provincial Highway Patrol Team on February 21, the Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) said Thursday, February 22.

The suspect was identified as "Jean," a resident of Taytay Rizal. He is also the province's most wanted individual by the police.

According to the police, the suspect was arrested on Verde Oro East Plaza, Manila East Road, in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal by virtue of a warrant of arrest for carnapping with a recommended bail of P300,000.

Jean is currently detained at the Taytay Custodial Facility.

Rizal PPO Provincial Director Col. Felipe Maragun assured the public that the police will continue its efforts in curbing criminality and place behind bars all those involved in illegal activities.
