NPA tax collector surrenders in Quezon

AGDANGAN, Quezon â€“ A New People's Army (NPA) tax collector surrendered to the Localized Peace Engagement Program of the Municipal Task Force to End Local Armed Conflict here on Wednesday, February 21.

Kenjie was a finance officer of the Platun Reymark under the Apolonio Mendoza Command, Sub-Regional Military Area 4-B of the Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee.

He collected revolutionary taxes from traders, contractors, and residents in Camarines Norte and Quezon.

Kenjie has applied for benefits under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program with the 85th Infantry Battalion.
