First Couple enjoy post-Valentine date night

Valentine's Day may be over, but President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos continue to enjoy each other's company with their weekly Wednesday date night this week.

In a Facebook post, President Marcos uploaded a photo of him and the First Lady all smiling as they finished a meal.
"Date night for the First Couple," he wrote late Wednesday, Feb. 21.
In a recent vlog post, the First Couple revealed that they make sure to go on date nights every Wednesday.
In the same video, Marcos said couples should communicate face-to-face as direct communication is the key to a strong relationship.
“I suppose it’s just direct communication,” Marcos said in response to a question in his most recent vlog, which featured his better half for the first time.
“Don’t communicate through your phone. Talk to each other face to face. Don’t bother with social media when it comes to relationships,” he added.
The First Couple got married on April 17, 1993, at the San Francesco Convent in Fiesole, Italy. They have three sons: Senior Deputy Majority Leader Sandro, Joseph Simon, and Vinny.
