The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Wednesday, Feb. 21 said the P10.9 million Lotto 6/42 winning ticket was bought at a lotto outlet in Abuyog, Leyte.
The sixth Lotto 6/42 millionaire for the month of love successfully guessed the winning number combination in the Feb. 20 draw, which was 22-17-01-29-11-16.

PCSO said because the jackpot prize exceeded P10,000, it would be subject to a 20 percent tax deduction under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law.
If the jackpot prize remains unclaimed one year after the draw date, it will be forfeited and will go to the PCSO Charity Fund, as stated under Republic Act 1169 or the PCSO Charter.
The 6/42 draw is held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Meanwhile, in a public advisory, PCSO remind the public that the Official Draw Results of all PCSO Lottery games can only be found in the following:
"PCSO Facebook Page; PCSO Games Online Hub Facebook Page; PCSO Games Online Hub Instagram account and; Published newspapers of general circulation," PCSO said.
The public may also verify the result by calling the PCSO Office directly.
"No online format or application was created for the same purpose," it said.
