K-pop girl group BLACKPINK member Jisoo launched her own agency named BLISSOO that will manage her individual activities.
Jisoo finally confirmed the establishment of her own label on Instagram on Feb. 21 where she uploaded photos and a notice.
“Hello, this is JISOO. I'm excited to share my new start with BLISSOO. Stay tuned for what's to come, as I'm dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to each and every one of you. Please continue to shower your love and support for JISOO with BLISSOO, and also for BLACKPINK. Thank you,” Jisoo posted.

Before her confirmation, the topic “BLISSOO BY JISOO” trended on X (formerly Twitter) as fans excitedly posted about her new agency.
The name BLISSOO is a combination of “bliss” and “Jisoo.”
According to the BLISSOO website, “BLISSOO is JISOO's new label, a combination of BLISS, symbolizing complete happiness, and JISOO, an artist whose charm unfolds like a precious gift. Transcending the boundaries of genres and fields, our mission is to share the happiness that JISOO creates in her own unique way.”
“JISOO, who debuted with BLACKPINK in 2016, is a multi-talented artist, shining both as a singer and actress. She is recognized not only for her contributions to the group but also for her successful solo career, earning multiple awards in music and acting. Now established as a icon, JISOO continues to broaden her influence into the realms of fashion, beauty, and beyond,” Jisoo’s bio on the website read.
The BLISSOO website contains Jisoo’s filmography and news about her.
Jisoo is the latest member of BLACKPINK to launch her own label or agency for individual activities.
Last Feb. 8, Lisa announced the launch of her own management company LLOUD.
“Introducing LLOUD, a platform to showcase my vision in music and entertainment. Join me on this exciting journey to push through new boundaries together,” Lisa wrote on Instagram.

Last December, Jennie confirmed she established her own label “Odd Atelier” for her individual activities.
“This is Jennie. This year was filled with many accomplishments, and I'm so thankful for all the love I've received. I’m also excited about what's to come, as I start my solo journey in 2024 with a company that I have established called OA. Please show lots of love for my new start with OA and of course, BLACKPINK. Thank you. @oddatelier,” she wrote.

BLACKPINK members renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities last December but did not sign additional contracts for their individual activities.
“YG recently signed an extension contract for BLACKPINK's group activities and agreed not to proceed with a separate additional contract for individual activities. We will do our best to support BLACKPINK's activities, and we will cheer for the individual activities of the members with a warm heart,” YG Entertainment announced on Dec. 29.
With this, BLACKPINK’s Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo and Rosé will only be under YG Entertainment for activities involving the group.
