PDEA dismantles drug den in Nueva Ecija

SAN LEONARDO, Nueva Ecija â€“ The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested five individuals and dismantled a makeshift drug den in a raid in Barangay Magpapalayoc here on Monday, February 19.

The PDEA identified the suspects as Roy Oyan, Roger Velasquez, Gemma Mingala, John Merick Reyes, and Ian dela Cruz, residents of this town.

Their illegal drug activity was reported by concerned citizen to the PDEA, prompting the agency to launch the operation with the police.

Recovered from the suspects were nine heat-sealed plastic sachets containing about 15 grams of shabu worth P103,000, drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.
