Malacañang declares March 27 a special non-working day in Las Piñas

The Las Piñas City government has announced that March 27 has been declared by Malacanang as a special non-working day in the city in celebration of its 117^th founding and 27^th cityhood anniversary.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said Malacañang issued Proclamation 471 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Feb. 16 declaring March 27 as a special non-working day in the city.

Aguilar said the declaration was made to give residents full opportunity to participate and enjoy the celebration.

She said various activities and services are being prepared by the city government to mark the city’s founding and cityhood anniversary.
