“Rewind,” already considered the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time raking over 900 million in earnings, continues to make money, this time beyond the box-office.
The owner of the funeral service provider who lent out the casket used by actor Dingdong Dantes’ character in the film, became 250,000 pesos richer selling the same to Boss Toyo.
As seen in “Pinoy Pawnstars,” Pasky Ilagan told the internet personality, “Ito po ‘yung ginamit sa shooting ng ‘Rewind’ (ni) Dingdong Dantes; first time (niya) humiga.”

Pasky presented a video to prove his claim, initially setting its price at P1 million.
Boss Toyo balked.
“Unang-una, walang pirma ni Dingdong,” he argued.
The two ultimately agreed to settle at P250,000.
Dingdong actually got wind of the sale, going on to comment, “Mejo malambot naman siya sa loob.”
