The Caloocan City government conducted a mega job fair at the SM Grand Central in Monumento, Caloocan City on Friday, Feb. 16.

The city government in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and SM Super Malls offered more than 1,500 job opportunities for residents.
The event was part of the city's 62nd founding anniversary celebration, and it took place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 5th floor of SM Grand Central.
The job fair was organized through a partnership between the city government's Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and SM Super Malls. A total of 22 private company partners participated in the event.
The initiative aligns with Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan’s objective of creating income-generating programs for the citizens of Caloocan.
He encouraged residents to take advantage of the employment opportunities available during the job fair.
Malapitan expressed his gratitude to the employers and companies who participated in the event.
He also assured the citizens that the city government will organize more job fairs and livelihood programs in the coming weeks.
