Fernando, Castro laud farmers for promoting Bulacan's agriculture

Governor Daniel R. Fernando recognizes Bulakenyo farmers during the awarding of special citations for the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) seed program implementation held at the Farmers and Fisherfolks Training Center (FFTC) at the Provincial Agriculture Office in the City of Malolos on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro recognized the hard work of Bulakenyo farmers and their unique contributions to the development of agricultural programs in the province.

Fernando gave the farmers due recognition during the awarding of special citations for the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) seed program implementation.

The awarding ceremony took place at the Farmers and Fisherfolks Training Center (FFTC) at the Provincial Agriculture Office in the City of Malolos.

Fernando, Castro, and Gloria SF. Carillo, department head of the Provincial Agriculture Office, thanked the farmers for their hard work and perseverance.
