Breathtaking: Heart Evangelista's second bridal look

Being the international fashion icon, Heart Evangelista is obviously not done yet when it comes to her wedding outfits.

Designer Michael Leyva posted on his Instagram her second look, which the designer made for her. "Heart in a custom Michael Leyva fully beaded gown in Swarovski crystals with cape."

Photographer Pat Dy also posted a few more shots in his Instagram account.

This creation showcases a plunging neckline and a cape with beaded arm bands attached to the wrists. Ingenious!
